Do you accept returns or refunds?
No. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. All Maria Pó pieces are handmade and fragile; therefore, all sales are final. We take great care to ensure that products leave our studio carefully packed and secure. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs during shipping.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us at [email protected] with photos of the packaging and product. We can then file a complaint with the shipping company on your behalf.
